Moving into another region will also take us into another aspect of America's relationship with Native American tribes. While this site has touched on tribes that both allied with and fought against the United States, it is important to note the effect that that decision had on the future development of the tribe. While the reasons for chosing one side over the other are as different as the tribes themselves, the effect is almost univerisal--with few exceptions. This next series of articles will cover the rise and fall fot he Creek Nation and its relationship with the United States.
